This policy explains what data is collected when you use the site or send an inquiry and why it is used.

Data we collect

Contact submissions include your name, email, inquiry type, message, page language, form source, and optional UTM attribution. We also generate a one-way fingerprint from network and browser data to stop excessive submissions; the raw network address is not stored with the contact message.

How data is used

Data is used to answer your request, assess a consultation or discovery test, protect the form from abuse, and measure acquisition channels in aggregate. Resend may deliver a copy of your request to the site owner, and Umami may process technical usage events under the active deployment settings.

Retention & sharing

Contact records are kept as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a professional relationship, or meet a legal requirement. Your data is not sold. It is shared only with infrastructure providers required for the site, email, and analytics, or where disclosure is legally required.

Your choices

Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing saleh.massdesigners@gmail.com. A minimal record may be retained when a legitimate legal obligation applies.
